Review: The Cultured Nut Cheese

I will freely admit that in this transition to plant based everything, cheese is the hardest to give up. Not only for me (a rational adult) but for my kids (irrational cheese lovers).

The Cultured Nut’s Captain Pepper Jack cheese may just convert my tiny titans over to the good side. It’s creamy, tangy, squishy in the most luxurious way, and has just a nice bite of heat. Perfect on a warm bagel, crumbled up in a salad, or on a cracker with pickled banana peppers (my fave!).

Maybe 2019 will be the year of the cheese. Vegan, that is.
